My husband and I have been thinking about adding permanent lighting to our home for a few years and finally decided that we would take the plunge this year. Originally planned for installation at the end of Jan 26 however, we received a message for early installation and thought that was... read more outstanding given we mentioned we can support an earlier date. Installation was good but had a few minor requests and the team were on it the next day and was completed to our complete satisfaction - thank you. Communication with London Illuminations was excellent during prep and post installation. I was a bit surprised with the limitation of the lighting app not supporting cloud-based/remote access. You can only control it while connected to your home Wi-Fi and not while away. From my reading I understood that it worked thru Wi-Fi anywhere. London Illuminations advised that an update to the app this year will allow full cloud-based support (in case you want to change a schedule or make any changes while away from home). This is definitely not a showstopper to my good recommendation and look forward to app update. We are very satisfied with decision to use them and the final results. I really don't think you will be disappointed with the results and the massive amount of preset lighting effects available. We have already had neighbour's asking about them after a few days.
