Installation was good but had a few minor requests and the team were on it the next day and was completed to our complete satisfaction - thank you. Communication with London Illuminations was excellent during prep and post installation. I was a bit surprised with the limitation of the lighting app not supporting cloud-based/remote access. You can only control it while connected to your home Wi-Fi and not while away. From my reading I understood that it worked thru Wi-Fi anywhere. London Illuminations advised that an update to the app this year will allow full cloud-based support (in case you want to change a schedule or make any changes while away from home). This is definitely not a showstopper to my good recommendation and look forward to app update. We are very satisfied with decision to use them and the final results. I really don't think you will be disappointed with the results and the massive amount of preset lighting effects available. We have already had neighbour's asking about them after a few days.

Totally pleased with London Illuminations, Wegene and his crew. When I was doing my research for permanent lighting on-line, reading reviews for various manufacturers, warranties of the various products etc, and... read more then narrowing down to who were the local contractors/installers for my area, I came down to 3-4 companies that looked good, and so sent out requests for permanent lighting quotes on my property. Of my 3-4 requests for a quote, only 2 companies replied in a timely manner, and of those two, London Illuminations was the best price quoted by several hundred dollars, plus their product from "Ilumindel" provided the best manufacturers warranty of 12yrs. London Illuminations provided me with an installation date that was sooner than I had actually expected, and then they we're able to pull in that date by several weeks earlier yet. The 2 man crew that came to do the installation were hard-working & conscious. The lead hand doing the installation of the controller box while the other installer worked on the outside light stripes were both very professional. The controller box was to be installed in my garage, however I had recently just redid my garage into somewhat of a Mancave with new wall covering, steel roof, and lots of liecnce plates and decorative tin signs covering the walls, so I was a little particular of where to install this additional box on the inside wall. The installer worked with me to find a suitable place that was still accessible for any future maintenance, yet fully addressed my cosmetic wishes to tuck it away out of sight. It was certainly more difficult work for the installer to phish the wires in the attic to a back corner, but in the end I was given a nice clean installation with colour-matching cable tubing, and an installation job that was totally out of sight. Kudos to the installation team! As for the owner Wegene, Great communications from start to finish, plus additional follow-up touch points months later to ensure clients are totally happy with their systems, and to cover off if anything else needs to be explained. If you are on the fence as to which company to go with, you can not go wrong with London Illuminations.

The installation took about three hours, and we were amazed at how clean and discreet the lights look during the day—flush-mounted and virtually invisible until they come on at night. Wegen returned later that evening to walk us through the app and all of the features.
